It’s not a pastor, with a church of 50 people, burning a Qur’an. It is the entire media industry deciding to cover every wakko they find under a rock.
It’s not “all chalkboards lead to Hitler” Glenn Beck. It is the thousands of people taking him seriously.
It’s not a government full of corrupt and complacent politicians. It is the millions of numbskulls voting the same people in year after year.
It’s not a nation with a failing public school system. It is a population comfortable with turning over the responsibility of raising their children to the state.
It’s not a broken and over-priced medical system. It is a foolish people thinking health comes from pills instead of lifestyle.
It’s not a single mother choosing an abortion. It is a culture that values commercial wealth over family, and has turned new life into a liability.
It’s not them, it is us. And we live in the world we deserve.
